Welcome to Tryio ("the Service", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application and related services, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tryio. By creating an account, you self-certify that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe this requirement is not met.
2.1. You may register using a valid email address and password, or through a supported third-party authentication provider (Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple).

4.2. By submitting content, you grant Tryio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including the AI coaching features.
4.3. You confirm that your inputs do not contain unlawful content or infringe upon any third-party rights.
5.1. Tryio's core feature is an AI-powered social skills coach. The AI analyzes your inputs, practice scenario responses, and progress history to generate personalized guidance.
5.2. AI-generated suggestions are for self-improvement and educational purposes only. Tryio does not guarantee any specific real-world outcomes or results from using the coaching feature.
5.3. By using the Service, you consent to the automated processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.1. Tryio offers premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed via the Apple App Store.
6.2. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies. Tryio does not directly process payments and is not responsible for billing disputes arising from App Store transactions.
6.3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Apple ID settings.
7.1. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All personal data is stored in encrypted form in a cloud-based database.

8.3. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain data may be retained for a limited period for legal or operational reasons, or in backup systems.
Tryio provides the Service "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. Real-world social outcomes depend entirely on the user's own actions and circumstances — Tryio provides tools and guidance only. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tryio and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
All rights, trademarks, logos, and interface elements of Tryio are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available in the app and on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
